Chris made selling our home a painless experience. Chris worked his magic the day we signed our contract. He already had potential buyer he had met earlier the same day. That potential buyer put in great offer the next week. Needless to say, we never had to officially list our home to sell it  with Chris. He made himself available to answer any questions we had and was a delight to work with.
